Nicole Floirendo for One Happy Story photography
We are again joining this year’s Kasalang Filipino bridal fair. It is already our third time to join this yearly big event here in Northern Mindanao which is organized by Professional Organizers Unlimited ( ProfOrg) where wedding suppliers showcase their works for future wedded couples. One of our yearly projects also is to choose a bride for One Happy Story. Someone who reflects our style of photography.
One Happy Story wedding photography has always stick to its style of having fresh, fun and funky photos. One Happy Story’s bride for this year we chose is Nicole Floirendo. Nicole has always been one of the most sought after models by fashion designers here in Cagayan de Oro City. She has been doing modelling for companies like Spruce and Marks and Spencer to name a few. What made her befitting to our brand is because she exudes this fun and carefree aura that really represents our style of photography. Throughout the shoot, she was very easy to work with and was very game to every idea that sprung in to our minds that day.
One of the rising names to hit the make-up industry here in Cagayan de Oro, Inyaki Yuson, whom we usually work with during engagement shoots did Nicole’s hair and make-up. You can find more of his works here: www.inyakiyuson.com
The gown Nicole wore is from none other than Alma Mae Roa of Cameron’s who has always been considered as one of the top notch wedding gown designers here in the city. We are also very happy that Ma’am Mae has always been very supportive of us, since we first collaborated on a wedding last year.
The simple yet elegant flower arrangement of the bridal bouquet which complimented the gown was made by the cool people behind Wedding Zone.

ONE HAPPY STORY wedding photographers Cagayan de Oro City
If you’re wondering who are the people behind the photos posted here in our humble photo blog post, here they are! Presenting the healthy crew of creatives of OneHappyStory whom are composed of graphic artists, illustrators, bloggers, and photographers.
One Happy Story is a group of artists personally handpicked by me, Bon Aserios. We are savants of art, a new generation of photographers with an eye for the beautiful. Our work is born out of pure love for our craft and our burning desire to tell your special story .
We are young, passionate and driven individuals who are committed to capturing real and happy moments as they happen for two people in love. Each couple has a unique story to tell and we do our absolute best to let that shine through in our photographs.
We immortalize your memories with much art and flair. Our masterpieces are filled with colors and smiles, with fairytales and forever. Let the tales of your love be told, let the whole world take notice of its magical capabilities..
Let us tell your story.

-
storyteller Earl – He is our layout-artist and OHS team B 3rd photographer. He pretty much oversees all our wedding albums. Plays all kinds of first person shooter games.
-
storyteller Gary – He is our Technical and Lighting director and 2nd photographer for OHS team A. Loves to take candid photos of kids. Utters “ismaaayll!!!” with a toothy smile lots of times. Dances while shooting group shots.
-
storyteller Cocong – Our main graphic artist and print director and also the main photographer of our OHS Team B. He’s the one who takes the groom portraits and pretty much has lots of surprises up his sleeves during pictorials. Even us are excited what he will do next. Loves to eat green mangoes.
-
storyteller Jeri – She’s our blogger, writer and 2nd photographer for OHS Team B. Her candid portraits is to die-for. Loves watching films and a book worm. The most punctual storyteller ever.
-
storyteller Bon – aside from grouping this highly creative individuals which eventually became known as OneHappyStory, he is our creative and marketing director. Loves to eat “paklay” and is known for making crazy antics during pictorials. Candid smiles and lots of bokeh (out of focus background) in his photos is his signature shots.
-
storyteller Che – She is our administrator and makes sure that all files are well kept and is also our 3rd photographer for OHS team A. She is also our editor and stylist during engagement shoots. Eats a lot yet she’s still thin. We’re envious about it.
-
One Happy Loafbread – the mint-green multicab OHS service mini van. We’ve traveled far away places with this, what a joyride! We’re saving up to pimp this ride. We accept donations.
