Razzle Dazzle | photography workshop
The photography workshop focused more on letting the participants acquire that “photographer’s eye”. And so I chose to share my knowledge on how to compose a photo instead rather than focusing more in editing. My aim was for them to be very observant with every detail when they frame their photo. That each photo has its own story to tell and by putting those in a harmonious way would create a story. This workshop, we tackled from landscape photography, food, fashion but I decided to do more portraits as doing portrait photography is the usual kind of photography. They are only using kit lenses and I taught them how to use them in portraiture.
So here are the shots of my participants and after teaching them basic knowledge using Photoshop and just guiding them through, they were the one who edited their photos. Editing was more of their own taste rather than me dictating what they want to do with their own photos. Again I would like to thank to the Lord God above for giving us a wonderful weather for the shoot, my participants who showed in my workshop with great enthusiasm and to the organizer of the workshop, Ms. Pickle Flores, for letting this workshop possible. I hope that a Razzle Dazzle part 2 will be in store in the future. So I am also calling out you people who are interested to learn photography that I am open to one on one workshops or group workshops, just shoot me an email…
photos 31-37 are photographed by me.
Once again THANK YOU SO MUCH…
Oliver and Leosil | wedding photography | Laguindingan
It was already a long time since I last worked with Aye Navarro and I was happy that I was working side by side again with Aye. Aye was the main photographer and he asked me to be the 2nd photographer for this. Well I could say, no great photographer can handle a wedding ceremony with 4,000 estimated attendees.
We were definitely exasperated after covering it. Oliver is the present mayor of Laguindingan and every townsfolk was invited.
Photos were of traditional style, sticking to more elegant shots as Aye was more of this kind of style. That is why I like working with him because our ideas sometimes clash in a good way being traditional and funky.

April | pre debut shoot | Cagayan de Oro City
One thing about being a photographer is that you have to accept whatever situation nature has to give during a shoot. Summer sun was ferocious that day. We had to walk around 20 minutes under the heat of the sun going to the shooting location. But nonetheless, we still had fun shooting April’s pre-debut shoot.
